GENERAL

Q. How do I find out what ring size I need?

A. If you don't know your ring size, you can order a Free Ring Sizer from us here. You can also download a ring size chart from the same link. This can be used to measure an existing ring you already have.

Q. What do I do if the ring doesn't fit?

A. Don't panic. Get in touch with us as soon as you can and we will arrange to have your ring exchanged for one the correct size free of charge.

 

Q. Can I try before I buy?

A. Not quite, but almost. We understand it can be difficult to judge what the Wonder Ring is like without seeing it for real. You are welcome to order a ring and try it out for a few days, see if you like it. If you decide it's not for you then you can return it for a full refund. We pay for the return postage so it costs you nothing and you get to experience one of our Wonder Rings for yourself.

Q. Do you offer Interest Free payments?

A. Yes. We offer interest free payments through ClearPay. With ClearPay you can split your bill into four payments. You don't pay any extra. Click on the link under the item price for more details. If you want to use ClearPay, select it from the payments screen at checkout. It doesn't show on the first express checkout screen. It will show after the free shipping screen.

Q. How can I trust you?

A. We are an officially registered business in the UK. We are also VAT registered. You can check our company details at the bottom of the page. You are more than welcome to look us up on Companies House. We have business pages on Facebook and Instagram and you are welcome to read or post independent reviews and comments there. We have independent reviews on Trustpilot as well as hundreds of reviews on the website here.

You are more than welcome to ring us and speak to us in person. Our many contact details are on our contact page.

We think of ourselves as providing a service rather than just selling rings. As many of our past customers will agree, we are more than happy to help you after you've ordered to make sure you get the ring you are happy with. If that means exchanging it for a different one then that is all part of the service.

Q. Do you deliver to the highlands and islands in Scotland?

A. Yes, we deliver to the whole of the UK.

Q. How long does delivery take?

A. If you order before 2pm then in most cases we deliver next day. If we have any stock issues or there is going to be a delay with your order we will let you know.

  

ABOUT THE WONDER RING

Q. What is the Wonder Ring made from?

A. The Wonder Rings are made to a secret recipe. The main components are High Grade Tungsten Carbide and Tantalum, with some other trace metals.

Q. Are they Indestructible?

A. Almost. While they are harder than any other metal ring, if you were to swing a large sledgehammer from a great height then yes, the ring would break. In day to day situations, they are virtually indestructible.

Q. Do they need any special cleaning?

A. No, just wipe with a damp cloth. If they do get excessive dirt on them then you can rub them with some mild soap. The Wonder Rings are round and smooth and have no crevices where dirt can collect. That makes it easy to keep them clean.

Q. Will they go black and leave marks?

A. No, the Wonder Rings do not go black over time. They will not tarnish or leave any stains on your skin. The materials used to craft your Wonder Ring are all hypo-allergenic.

Q. Can the Wonder Ring be cut off in an emergency?

A. Yes, the Wonder Ring can be removed in an emergency. The metal is very hard and can't be "cut" using traditional tools but it can be "cracked" by applying pressure to the outside. This can be done quite easily and painlessly using a standard pair of mole or vice grips.

Q. Do you sell rings in smaller, larger or half sizes?

A. Yes. We can supply our rings in any finger size from I to Z+5.  We can also supply rings in half or quarter sizes if you have a specific preference. Some of our special editions, such as the Herne Ring are only available in the sizes shown due to the nature of their design.

Q. Does the Wonder Ring come in a box?

A. Yes, the Wonder Ring comes in a glossy branded wooden box. There is a picture of the ring box on each ring description page.

Q. Can you make a ring in a different width or colour?

A. Yes, most of our rings can be made in different widths or colours than those shown. We can make these to order and they usually take around two weeks. It's always worth asking if you would prefer a slight change to the design shown.

 

ABOUT THE GLITZ RING

Q. What is the Glitz ring made from?

A. The Glitz Rings are made from Titanium. The stones used are cubic zirconia.

Q. Do you make them in different colours?

A. Yes, we will soon be launching some new additions to our Glitz range that have different coloured stones. We are able to make Glitz rings in a wider range of colours than those currently shown so if you would like a different colour, either metal or stone, then get in touch and we can make one for you.

Q. Are they available in smaller, larger or half sizes?

A. Yes. We can supply the Glitz rings in any finger size from I to Z+5.  We can also supply rings in half or quarter sizes if you have a specific preference. 

 

ABOUT ENGRAVING

Q. How many letters can I have engraved?

A. This will depend on the size of ring you order. When you select Engraving as an option with your Wonder Ring, we will contact you to confirm the details before we prepare your ring. Typically 40-50 characters is fine.

Q. What font is used and can I have a different one?

A. By default we engrave our rings in the Arial font. Yes, you can choose a different font if you prefer. We can use any standard font you would typically find on your computer. If you want something a bit different we can fonts available from font directories such as fontspace.com. Just get in touch and let us know and we'll do our best to engrave your ring in your chosen font.

Q. Can you engrave symbols or pictures?

A. Yes, we can engrave a wide range of popular symbols such as hearts, diamonds, infinity, zodiac signs, etc. We can also engrave motifs or artwork that is not too complex. If you have an image you would like engraved then get in touch, send us a copy and we will let you know if we can engrave it. 

Q. Do you engrave on the outside or inside of the ring?

A. By default we engrave the inside of the ring. We are able to engrave on the outside of most rings so if you would like an outside engraving then please get in touch and let us know your ideas.
