Excellent customer service, I was kept informed when there was a delay on my ring being delivered due to lack of stock in my size. When my ring arrived it was a bit small, so Paul said he would send out the next size up with a pre paid envelope to send the smaller one back. The ring came the next day and I am thrilled with the quality of it. Would 100% order again!
Perfect. This ring is going to be my wedding band and I cannot wait to be able to wear it. Tried it on and instantly fell in love. To top it off, I got it engraved on the inside with my wedding date to make it extra special and it’s so worth the extra money. Delivery was super fast and was so happy with the service and delivery. I will be highly recommending

On the last order I had a sizing issue (even though I measured with the measuring device) and they where fantastic, sorted it all out and my replacement was there the following day. WOW WOW WOW. Not a good experience the ring are perfect onice we got them but the customer service is lacking massively after ordering rings that was in stock had to wait to find out that they wasn't and had to wait for them to be made, and still wasn't made on time or when told they would be on arrival one of the rings wasn't the right size gladly the second one that was sent out was but after 8 weeks of waiting and only 1 week to our wedding wasn't exactly happy with having to chase up for why this didn't arrive right away and then having wrong sizes but over we love the rings just not the customer service we found to be difficult
