We have extended our exchange period until the end of January. This means if you order today and find your gift doesn't fit, we will exchange it for you after the big day at no extra cost. Our exchanges are easy and fast. We do all the work for you and cover all the costs.
All our Wonder Rings come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes breaks, chips, cracks or any other blemishes. Please report any issues with your ring to us as soon as possible using any of the methods described on our contact page. This does not affect your statutory rights.
30 Day AnyReason Exchange
Like the name suggests, if you have any issues at all with your ring during the first 30 days from date of delivery, we will be happy to exchange it for you. If you find the ring doesn't fit as well as you'd like, we are happy to exchange it for a better fitting ring. If you've had a change of heart about the colour or design of ring, we are happy to help you choose a different ring. Let us know as soon as possible. The exchange process is quick and very straightforward and there is no additional cost as we pay for the postage. You keep your original box and we will send you your replacement ring, along with a reply-paid bag for you to return your existing ring back to us. You simply swap the rings over, seal the return bag and place it in the nearest post box.
IMPORTANT: Engraved rings are a personalised item made especially for you and are excluded from our AnyReason Exchange policy. Please make sure you order the correct size and style when opting for engraving. A member of our team will contact you to confirm the details of your engraving before your ring is prepared.
Cancelling an Order
All orders can be cancelled until they are dispatched. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us quickly.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your ring and would prefer a refund we will be happy to organise this for you. Let us know and we will provide a pre-paid return label and a replacement or refund as preferred.
