Delivery Information


Free Delivery

All of our rings are delivered free of charge in the UK.

Worldwide Delivery

We are proud to offer international delivery services. We charge a small fee for international orders under £50 GBP. Orders over £50 GBP are delivered free.

Lost or Missing packages

If the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process, we cannot be held liable for any missing products. Please make sure that your billing and delivery address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will take full responsibility for the original order at no charge.


If you are ordering from outside the UK, you may be charged customs or local tax fees in your respective country or state. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Delivery Times

We stock in the UK, a range of the most popular selling ring sizes in each design of ring we sell. If you order one of these, we will send it out to you within one day. Typically, orders placed before 1pm UK time will be sent out the same day. If the ring you order is out of stock we will order one for you from the factory. Delivery times for factory orders is within two weeks but usually sooner. Please contact us if you need an accurate delivery time for your particular ring before you order. Engraved rings can take an extra day or two for delivery.

Tracking Details

We use Royal Mail tracked services for deliveries both in the UK and worldwide. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Tracking details are usually updated fairly regularly but there are sometimes delays in updating information. If you have not received your order in time or there is no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

** NOTE ** We have temporarily suspended using Royal Mail tracked services due to a number of complaints from customers about deliveries taking several days longer than expected, even though we pay for a 24 hour service. We have found that sending our packages using standard First Class arrives next day in the vast majority of cases. Unfortunately this means we can't provide a fully tracked service. We can provide a tracking number that will confirm when the package is delivered but not the steps it takes on it's journey.
