Refund policy

30-Day AnyReason Exchange

We have a 30-day AnyReason exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if you are not happy for any reason. Please contact us and we will happily work with you to resolve any issues.

 

Refunds

If you would prefer a refund to an exchange we are more than happy to refund you on receipt of your returned ring.

To be eligible for a refund, your ring must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

To return your ring, contact us using any of the methods on our contact page. We will either email you a printable pre-paid return label or send one through the post.

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your ring when you receive it and contact us immediately if it is not to your satisfaction, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized or Engraved rings cannot be returned unless the engraving is incorrect. We will work with you to make sure the engraving is correct before your order is processed. 

At all times, for any reason, we are happy to work with you to resolve any issues, or if we are unable to do so then we will happily refund your purchase on receipt of your returned ring.
