If you need to contact us for any reason, you can do so using any of the methods below. We don't use "bots", a real person will respond as quickly as we can. Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm. We do often reply outside these hours but can't always guarantee to.
If you are enquiring about an existing order, please include your order number or the name of the person who ordered. This will help us locate your details quickly.
I don't know my size
If you don't know which size of ring to order, you can order a free ring sizer here. This will enable you to take an accurate measurement.
Having a problem ordering?
If you are having a problem trying to place an order on our website, you can send us the details of the ring or rings you would like and we can raise an order for you and email you an invoice to pay.
Our orders are sent out using Royal Mail next-day delivery. If you order before 2pm we will send your order out the same day. Engraved rings can take an extra day or two. If we have any issues with your order we will contact you.
Exchanging your ring.
If you find your ring is not the perfect fit or you would like to exchange it for a different design or colour, we can arrange this for you. Keep hold of your ring for now and we will send you a replacement. It will come with a pre-paid padded envelope for you to return the original ring back to us.
Returning your ring
If you find your ring is just not for you, that's no problem. We can send you a pre-paid return label so you can return your ring back to us for a refund.
