Should I size up or down if I'm between sizes?

If you're between ring sizes, it's usually best to size up rather than down. A ring that's slightly larger is generally more comfortable and easier to wear than one that's too tight, especially as your fingers naturally swell throughout the day.

This is particularly important in warm weather, after exercise, or during periods of fluid retention, when a tight ring can become uncomfortable or difficult to remove.

However, the best choice can also depend on the ring's width and design. Wider bands often fit more snugly and may require a slightly larger size, while comfort-fit rings can feel roomier than standard-fit styles.

If you're unsure, consider measuring your finger multiple times or using a ring sizer to find the closest fit. When it comes to everyday comfort, a slightly looser ring is usually the safer option.
