What happens if I order the wrong ring size?

Ordering the wrong ring size is a common concern, but the solution depends on the material and how far off the fit is.

If your ring is too tight, it may feel uncomfortable, leave marks on your finger, or be difficult to remove. If it's too loose, it may spin around or even slip off completely.

Many jewellers offer exchanges or resizing services for certain metals, such as gold or silver. However, some materials, including tungsten, cannot be resized due to their hardness. In these cases, the ring usually needs to be exchanged for the correct size.

To avoid sizing issues, it's always best to measure your finger carefully using a ring sizer and check your size more than once. Taking a few extra minutes before ordering can help ensure a comfortable fit and save time later.
