    To be honest I was scared to order at first as the reviews were full of a bunch of people complaining about poor costumer service , long delivery times etc. I literally ordered this necklace on the 10th , emailed on the 11th in the morning to see if it had been dispatched, they replied within a few hours to say it wasn’t in stock but it would be with me by tomorrow as they have ordered it. It came first thing the next morning. Also costumer service was excellent to receive an email back within hours , there are businesses that take 3-5 working days just to read ur email let alone answer. So overall genuinely very pleased. And the necklace is super pretty & good quality, especially for the cheap price. Very happy, thank you!

    Ordered on the 10th of April , was with me first thing in the morning on the 12th AND , it was a piece they didnt have in stock so super quick very fast delivery. I was a bit scared due to all reviws online saying theres no costumer care from the company but i can assure you i emailed at 1am on Thursday and and an email reply back at 10:30am - first thing in the morning again. I was told my order would be delivered today and ill recieve by tomorrow, and they did exactly that. Genuenly very pleased and necklace is packaged beautifully. Comes in a white popout kinda box which is the outer case for the actual box - the necklace is inside a beautiful plastic/polished wood?(not sure) box and comes with papers of the degree/clarity etc & warranty of my moissanite.
