Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in all of our rings. This means if an issue occurs because of a fault in the materials or workmanship used during production, we'll work with you to resolve it.
Examples of covered manufacturing defects include:
If your ring breaks due to a flaw in the manufacturing process rather than accidental damage or misuse, it will be covered under our warranty.
While our rings are designed to be durable, a chip caused by an imperfection in the material itself may be considered a manufacturing defect and covered by the warranty.
If a ring develops a crack due to a fault during manufacturing or a weakness in the material, we'll assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Any visible imperfections that result from the production process, such as defects in the finish, polishing, coating, engraving, or overall workmanship, may be covered under warranty.
In rare cases, a fault within the ring material itself may become apparent over time. If this is determined to be a manufacturing issue, it will be covered by our lifetime warranty.
Issues resulting from the way the ring was manufactured, assembled, or finished may also be covered if they affect the ring's quality, appearance, or performance.
